DEER PROCESSING

NEED TO KNOW INFO.

At Pickrell Locker & Smokehouse we strive to provide each and every customer with the best possible experience when processing deer.

Deer will be processed during open deer seasons September 1st – December 31st, 2022. However, we have a limited number of spots & they will be taken first come first served.

Deer can be dropped off beginning September 1st at 8:00 am until December 30th at noon. Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm & Saturdays 9:00 am – noon. We will have extended hours for drop off during riffle season only! No deer will be taken at any other time!

Deer can be brought in whole carcass or deboned.

Caping services can be performed for an additional charge.

 

Antlers can be cut off of the skull per request only, but caping services will not be performed.

You must have a valid Permit to accompany your deer. No deer will be taken without a permit!

Processing Instructions are required at the time of drop off.

 

There are limited flavor options for processing. No special flavor options are available outside of listed products! See the Deer Processing Price Sheet by clicking the "Pricing & Options" button above for more information on choices and pricing.

You will be notified once ALL of your product is ready for pick-up. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Storage fees of $30.00 per week will occur with deer orders not picked up within 7 days.

Pick-up times are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm & Saturday 9:00am - Noon

No appointment is necessary for pick-up.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you must notify us within 30 days of the invoice date.
