We process deer during peak season & only as our schedule allows.

Beef & pork processing are our main focus.

Please call prior to assure we are able to accept your drop-off! 


We strive to provide each and every customer with the best possible experience when processing deer.

Deer can be brought in whole carcass or deboned.

Caping services can be performed for an additional charge.


Antlers can be cut off of the skull per request only.

You must have a valid Permit to accompany your deer. No deer will be taken without a permit!

Processing Instructions are required at the time of drop off.


There are limited flavor options for processing. No special flavor options are available outside of listed products! See the Deer Processing Price Sheet by clicking the "Pricing & Options" button above for more information on choices and pricing.

You will be notified once ALL of your product is ready for pick-up. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Storage fees of $30.00 per week will occur with deer orders not picked up within 7 days.

Pick-up times are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm & Saturday 9:00am - Noon

No appointment is necessary for pick-up.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you must notify us within 30 days of the invoice date.
