DEER PROCESSING

We will accept DE-BONED DEER MEAT ONLY September - January.  

Beef & pork processing are our main focus. All de-boned deer meat will be frozen at the time of drop-off and will be processed in the order it is received AND as time allows between September & April.

 

We strive to provide each and every customer with the best possible experience when processing deer.

All deer are tagged at the time of drop-ff. All mixed ground products including sausage & cooked products will be done in large batches. We are very particular with the selection of meat that goes into our products, therefore, there should be no concerns with any mixed products you receive back.

​

We ask that you bring your deer to us as soon as possible to assure freshness. We reserve the right to refuse any meat due to improper care.​

​​

You must have a valid tagged permit to accompany your deer meat. No deer will be taken without a permit!

​

Processing Instructions & deposits are required at the time of drop off.

 

There are limited flavor options for processing. No special flavor options are available outside of listed products! See the Deer Processing Price Sheet by clicking the "Pricing & Options" button above for more information on choices and pricing.

You will be notified once ALL of your product is ready for pick-up. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Storage fees of $30.00 per week will occur with deer orders not picked up within 7 days.

​

Pick-up times are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am - Noon

No appointment is necessary for pick-up.

​

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you must notify us within 30 days of the invoice date.
